Monday, March 25th “From Old Classroom to New Classroom”
On Wednesday of last week, my students and I moved the furniture to the new classroom. Two night-time students helped me with the move. Actually, it was part-time work for them. I planned to do it in 6 hours but it ended up taking 10 hours! What’s more, it was a lot harder than I expected. There were so many things to move. In the end, everyone was exhausted. Next day, we all had sore muscles. If I moved again, I would never do it myself anymore. It’s just too tough.
Anyway, on Saturday, the construction company came to take down the wall of the old school. Now, there’s nothing left at the old school. I’m just waiting for the partition to arrive for the new school and the relocation will be completed. By the end of this week, the school and I will be ready to take on the new semester! Looking forward to seeing you all at the new school!

Sunday, March 31st “Parking and restroom info”
Last week, I told you about a cheap parking lot in front of my school. I found out something really important. If you have a car that’s more than 1.55 in height, don’t go in the parking lot. Your car will get stuck in there! 1.55 is really low. That’s the height of a Prius. Some compact cars like Tanto or Honda Box will not be able to go in there. Therefore, there’s no way big cars like Toyota Alphard or Nissan Elgrand will be able to go in.
Although the parking lot is really cheap, it’s only for very low cars. Also, the street is one way so you can only come in from Hisaya Odori. You can’t come in from Outsu Dori. It’s a bit troublesome.

Some students had a hard time finding the restroom. Please walk down the hall and there’s a brown door on the right. When you go in, there are two doors both on the right and left. Right one says, ladies and the left one says toilet. In other words, ladies can use both the right and left. Men can only use the one that says toilet.
