Tuesday, January 14th. “iHerb”
My friend just told me about an interesting app. The app is called iHerb. They sell supplements and health products that you can only guy overseas. I used to drink Japanese vitamin juice but I really couldn’t feel any difference. But then again, you can never tell whether supplements are working or not.
I decided to give other supplements a try. I ordered Melatonin, Vitamin C, Multivitamins and Minerals, and Omega 3. The thing that was interesting was I didn’t have to pay any tax because they will be shipped from America. iHerb sells a bunch of other things. You might want to give it a shot.
Once I get the products, I’ll let you know what I think of them. Here are the things I bought this time.

友達が面白いアプリのことを教えてくれました。アプリの名前はiHerbです。このアプリでは海外でしか買えないサプリや健康食品が売られています。日本のビタミン剤を飲んでいました、あまり違いを感じることができませんでした。でもよく考えてみると、サプリが効果的かどうかは分からないものです。
別のサプリを試してみるこにしました。メラトニン、ビダミンC,マルチビタミンとミネラル、オメガ3を注文しました。面白いことに税金を払う必要がなかったのです。なぜならばアメリカから送られてくるからです。iHerbは他のものが沢山売られています。試してみるといいと思います。
商品が届いたら、どうかをお伝えします。これらの商品を買ってみました。
