Monday, May 27th.  “Trip to Thai”

I’ll be going to Thailand from May 31st to June 2nd.  I’ll be absent from classes on Friday and Saturday.  (Jeff and David will cover for me).  The reason I’m going is to check out the University called Webster.  It’s an American University with students from 45 different countries!!!😁✈️

I’ll be tieing up with this school so I can offer my students more choices.  Actually, I  want to travel with you to Thailand.  You’ll be able to learn and also have a lot of fun in Thai.  Who wants to go with me next time? 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

I’ll take a lot of pictures and tell you all about it once I get back.  😄

Wednesday, May 29th.  “New Services”

There are a couple of stores I’d like to try out.  I found them recently.  First, it’s a food truck that sells Mexican food.  It’s parked on the corner of Hisaya and Sakura dori.  I’m not sure what day they come but I just happened to see it the other day.  Can this be the Mexican food I’ve been looking for?  If so, I gotta chase after this truck wherever it goes!!  😋😚

Second is a food delivery service called Mama’s lunch.  I’m kinda getting tired of eating my usual lunch box.  😅 Also, a student told me Mama’s Lunch is pretty good.  I also happened to see the truck the other day.  

Third, a new Family Mart opened yesterday right across the street.  Family Mart is my second favorite convenience store.

Friday, May 31st.  “Business Trip to Thai P.1”

I arrived in Thailand at 4:30 in the morning.  On the plane I got to sleep because my whole row was empty.  Once I got to the airport I caught a cab by using an app called GRAB.  It’s the Thai version of Uber.  I got to the hotel where my friends were staying at.  I woke him up because it was still 6:00 am when I arrived.  I took a short nap there after that I headed to attend an orientation of the university.   The university is at a very modern building.  I’m actually writing this blog in the orientation room.
