1.  [It is ＋ 形容詞]　ある場所の状態を意味しています。

2.  [It has ＋ 名詞]　その場所にあるものを表現します。

3.  [You can ＋ 動詞]　その場所で出来ることを表現したい場合に使われます。

例えば、自分の一番好きなカフェを説明するのにこんな簡単にできます。

1.  It’s quiet.

2.  It has good coffee.

3.  You can stay there for a long time.
