Monday, June 10th.  “Acupuncture”

I try to keep where I go very compact.  I mean, I don’t go if it’s too far.  For example, my hair salon is 3 minutes from my office.  The place I eat lunch and dinner are always 3 minutes away.  That’s why I had been looking for a place to get acupuncture within 5 minutes of walking distance.  Actually, I used to get acupuncture from my student but he moved his clinic to a faraway place so I wasn’t able to go there.  

Luckily, I found a good place that’s 5 min on foot.  It’s called Gaiya Soko.  I had gone there two times now.  I feel it makes a difference in my health.

Wednesday, June 11th.  “Tapioca and Okonomiyaki”

The other day student brought me a Tapioca drink that she made at home.  Actually, Tapioca drinks are really popular these days.  There are people lining up to buy them.  I’m thankful that I don’t need to line up for anything and students bring it to me.  I think they spoil me.  How lucky I am!  

Last week, a student brought me Okonomiyaki from a restaurant her son opened.  I have respect for people who run their own business because I know how hard it can be.  The Okonomiyaki was the best I’ve eaten!!  It gave me energy for the whole day.

Friday, June 14th  “My Goal”

There are 2 big goals that I have this year.  One of them is to make two of my homepages popular.  I’m studying how to do that now.  I got a lot of books on SEO and how to write Japanese effectively.  Without a good homepage, there’s no way I can provide my English service to people who are looking for it.  I hope by the end of the year, I’ll have more people looking at my site.  

The second goal is to start a new study abroad program.  I went to Thailand to check out the university.  I’m confident this school can become a popular school for Japanese students.  Right now, there’s only one student going to this school. My job is to provide information about this school and help students get into this school.  

I’m so excited about my job!  😍
